The Philadelphia Eagles appear to still have senior personnel director Joe Douglas on the payroll after the latest news in the hiring space in the NFL.
ESPN NFL insider Adam Schefter reported that the Atlanta Falcons have hired Chicago Bears assistant general manager Ian Cunningham to be the new general manager of the team. Douglas had interviewed for the same position before Cunningham was hired.
Eagles fans might be familiar with Cunningham, as he worked in Philly from 2017 through 2021. He worked several positions with the Eagles, including director of college scouting, assistant director of player personnel, and director of player personnel.
