At this point, Philadelphia Eagles fans might just be getting over the offensive coordinator search and just want it to end, but another development is in for the second round interviews.
NFL insider Mike Garafolo reported that Houston Texans quarterback coach Jerrod Johnson came in for his second interview with the Eagles. Johnson has already spoken with the Eagles, as this is the only reported offensive coordinator job he is interviewing for.
This would be the fourth second-round interview the Eagles have completed with candidates. Johnson now joins Sean Mannion, Jim Bob Cooter, and Josh Grizzard as coaches who have gone through two rounds of the interview process.
