Cartier Diarra struggled, Kamau Stokes does not look healthy, and Barry Brown played immaturely on a night in Ft. Worth where the Kansas State Wildcats really needed a win to lock up a NCAA Tournament bid. Dean Wade did his thing leading all scorers with 24 points, and was the only Wildcat with an overall positive game. To their credit, the TCU Horned Frogs played better defense than they have most of the year, and fought back from giving up the lead a couple times late in the second half to earn the 66-59 victory and move them into a tie with K-State for fourth place in the Big 12.
